Food isn’t just fuel for me โ it’s a canvas for creativity, a way to express my affection, and a chance to surprise and delight people. It’s a passion that started way back, leading me to study at the prestigious City and Guilds International College in London, where I earned my Diploma in Food Production and Culinary Arts.
For the past 12 years, I’ve honed my skills in every corner of the commercial kitchen, climbing the ranks from line cook to Sous Chef, and finally, Head Chef. But the call to create a space that reflected my own culinary vision became too strong. So, I took a leap and opened “The Haven” โ a restaurant nestled in the heart of the holiday town of Hartbeespoort, South Africa.
